## What is Habito2 12?

Habito2 helps you build healthy daily habits over twelve weeks.

Have you ever tried to keep a habit alone, and stopped halfway?
Habito2 is built on the presence of other people rather than on willpower.

■ Twelve weeks, as a group

Form a group and start on the same day.
Each day, record a meal, a workout or a product with a photo or video, and post it to your group's feed.
You send a like, and receive one. That alone becomes the reason you keep going.

■ It does not have to be perfect

Record all three kinds in one day for a gold coin. Two for silver, one for bronze.
Any day with at least one record counts as a day achieved.

What matters is returning the day after you rest.
Habito2 does not judge the days you missed. It counts the times you came back.

■ A medal every Sunday

At the end of each week, a medal and a message written for you arrive,
based on the days you achieved.
The messages differ across all twelve weeks — the week you begin, the week it becomes routine,
the week fatigue shows, the week the end comes into view.

■ Eighty-four days, and a closing ceremony

Your twelve weeks appear as a grid of coins.
On the final day a ceremony opens, with a trophy and words chosen for what you achieved.
Groups earn points from posts and likes together, and a group reaching 15,000 points
receives the group trophy.

Trophies and medals can be shared to social media.

■ Ten languages

日本語 / English / 简体中文 / 繁體中文 / 한국어 / Français /
Bahasa Indonesia / Tiếng Việt / हिन्दी / नेपाली

Each group sets its own language and country, so you can join people who speak as you do.
