Habit OSは、仕事、学習、健康、創作など、続けたいことを始めやすくする習慣アプリです。

「いつ、どこで始めるか」と「2分でできる最小の一歩」を決めることで、意志の強さだけに頼らない始め方を作ります。

主な機能

- 仕事・学習・健康・創作のテンプレートからHabitを作成
- きっかけ、場所、時刻、最小の一歩を編集
- 今日取り組む複数のHabitをコンパクトに確認
- 通常の行動と2分の行動を選んで開始
- 開始、完了、スキップを履歴として記録
- 休んだ後は「小さく戻る」で再開
- 連続日数や罰ではなく、始めた・完了した・戻れた事実を表示

記録は通常、このデバイス内に保存されます。広告、第三者解析、トラッキング、アカウント登録はありません。
