Habits helps you turn goals into routines with flexible schedules and clear progress tracking.

• Schedule habits by day interval, selected weekdays, or a weekly goal
• Choose how many times a habit should be completed each day
• Add a notification for each habit, timed only for days when it is due
• Pause a habit without affecting its streak or statistics
