I’ve been using Habits and find it very useful. However, the Health integration seems to be lacking and none of my exercise ever shows despite having it as a habit. Hence 4 stars.

It’s minimal and effective. This is the powerful app you’ve been looking for if you’re interested in tracking and creating custom habits. 

At first I was having some troubles, but then I reached out to the developer, and they cleared any confusion!

The UI is clean and easy to use, with lots of useful built-in templates. I also really like that habit results can be synced with Apple Health.
