Even if I delete this app and then download it again it still doesn’t work, I have tried this in many different locations still. This makes the app useless. When I tried logging in to my old account, that did NOT work either. I hope the developer reads this because it is already April 2022 and I want to be able to have this app so please fix it.🤧😞😩😥😭😤☠️oh and for advice for other people, if the same thing is happening to you try downloading it on another device if possible. Anywho I made one for him thinking it would work.. now he has an extra “chore” with really no meaning to it and I have no means to delete that chore. They are a bit old and want things like video game accessories. That’s where the problem comes in. They can’t set anything. Once they check the price and try to add it to there wish list, (mostly) nothing happens. But when my younger son tries getting toys he has no problems at all. I would really wish you could fix this so all of my boys can enjoy this great app. ### 4/5 — Needs updates *2020-07-18, version 1.18* My son really loves this app! He is very determined by goals and earning things so this app is perfect for him seeing he’s earning coins and working towards a goal to get something from the store. Unfortunately, I have an iPhone and he does not so he can only use it on my phone. I believe to benefit the most children out there, it should be available on all phones. Secondly, as others have mentioned you can not edit/delete a habit if you want to change it or switch the day. Habits should be fully customizable. Another thing that should be added is the ability to go back and check off your habits from the previous day if you forgot to check them off, but did do them. I really love the app, but I hate that you need to get an adult to connect you to there phone. Can’t we just do Habitz without the parents connection on their phone? It’s very annoying!! However, she forgot about it until today. When attempting to use her profile, it wouldn’t work. I logged out and tried to log back in, thinking that would get it to start working, but it keeps telling me that something went wrong. Some sort of yellow bar is appearing at the top when I try to sign up, but it doesn’t have any text or I can’t see it to tell me what I’m doing wrong. ### 1/5 — Very difficult to customize *2019-05-06, version 1.14* Looks simple and appealing at first, but it’s not practical. There’s no deleting habits once you create them, they still show up with a red bar next to them (which is annoying) and then it sends a message to your child saying they didn’t do the activity on time. No editing items once you make them either. No switching between days to see items created for a certain day of the week. Rewards show 1 coin items which is not practical because you still have to pay like $3 shipping to order that item. Customized items don’t have the option to change value...they are all worth 10 coins. Great idea, but simply not usable. Would not recommend. This app needs LOTS of work. ### 1/5 — Was neat until... *2019-05-02, version 1.14* The app was awesome. My kids loved it and it was incredible lay motivating for them. Then, the app stopped working. I have reached out to support several times, but receive no answers. The app says “unable to read data as it is not in the correct format” when you try to log in. This happens on every device we have the app on—iPad mini4, iPhone X, iPhone 6, and iPhone 7. ### 1/5 — Not that good *2019-04-18, version 1.14* So I got this app one day ago and it worked really well but now every time I log in it takes me 5 minutes to get past the page that said Habitz and then I put in my password and it take 2 minutes for it to check and then said something went rong and says invalid password so I’m really disappointed I thought this would be the best app for me but not anymore really hope this helps people **Developer response:** Dear User, thank you for reporting this issue.
