## What is H'Access?

Thanks to a built-in Wi-Fi module, your HWay gate opener can be controlled at distance and you can easily be informed of comings and goings.
Information feedback: check and be notified in real time of the gate position : opened, closed, partial opening, being opened or closed.

Je ne reçois plus aucune notification d’ouverture ou de fermeture de mon portail connecté il semblerait sur ce soit lié aux appareils sous IOS ?

Impossible de se connecter à l’application le message « erreur lors de la vérification! » s’affiche, au début je pensais que j’avais oublié mon mot de passe, mais impossible de le modifier car le lien envoyé par mail ne marche pas, au final il semblerait que ce soit le serveur qui est hors service, donc plus d’application ni de connectivité wifi, y a plus qu’à utiliser la configuration manuelle sur le moteur, une belle arnaque !

Je tiens à ajouter ma pierre à l’édifice : scorpio97430 et Ary cruger ont visé juste. 
C’est vraiment dommage car le matériel lui-même est performant.

Impossible de configurer les notifications: votre portail est fermé, votre portail est activé, votre portail est en cours d’ouverture, votre portail va bientôt être ouvert, votre portail….. 10 notifs pour une action demandée c’est beaucoup trop. Je reçois actuellement mes notifications en anglais sur tous mes appareils, impossible de savoir pourquoi ni de régler. Système pratique mais y a t il une équipe pour une mise à jour vitale ?

Test avec motorisation h Way coulissant de sentinelle. L’appli est de mieux en mieux cependant manque de réactivité, géolocalisation, gestion des accès, la fonctionnalité dit Siri
