## What is Hack the Code?

Hack the Code is a logic and deduction game where you need to crack your opponent’s secret code before they crack yours.

Set a code made of digits, make guesses, and get hints: how many symbols are guessed correctly and in the right place, and how many are guessed but in the wrong place. Every move brings you closer to the solution.

PLAY THE WAY YOU LIKE
• Single-player — practice against a random code and sharpen your strategy
• Two-player over Wi‑Fi — two phones on the same network, no internet or registration required
• Two-player on one device — pass the phone to your opponent after entering the code and after each move
• Match series — the score carries over between rounds, so you can play all evening

CUSTOMIZE THE MATCH TO YOUR LIKING
• Code length from 3 to 6 symbols
• With or without repeats — you decide how hard the puzzle will be
• Two win modes: “Decisive move” (with a chance of a draw) or “First to guess”
• Three types of hints: counter, symbol highlighting, or locking in correct positions
• Attempt history — show everything, only the last attempt, only hints for it, or hide completely
• Personal history in two-player mode — each player sees only their own moves; opponents can’t peek at each other’s attempts

WHO THIS GAME IS FOR
Hack the Code will appeal to those who love board-style logic games, puzzles, and short battles of wits. One match takes a couple of minutes; a series can last all evening. Play at home around one table, over Wi‑Fi with a friend in the next room, or solo when you want to train your logic.

Settings now include a History section: show all attempts, only the last one, hints only, or hide history completely. In two-player games, you can now see only your own attempts.

Interface improvements

Score in the match header; players are now highlighted in their own colors. Settings are easier to understand.
