## What is Hacked Account First Aid?

Something got into your accounts. This tells you what to secure first.

When saved passwords and session cookies are stolen, the order you work in decides how much you lose. Money and crypto cannot be undone. Messaging accounts are used against the people who trust you, usually within hours. Email holds the reset links for everything else. Almost every guide online is an unordered pile of tips — this one decides the order and tells you why.

WHY SIGNING OUT COMES FIRST

A stolen session cookie is a session that is already signed in. It does not need your password and it goes straight past two-factor. Changing a password while that session is still live achieves less than people expect. So this app puts "sign out everywhere" ahead of "change password", and explains the reasoning at every step.
