‏حاولت ‏أحجز من عندهم خدمة نظافة الساعات.. اخترت الموعد المتوفر والوقت ويطلع انه خلص المواعيد المتاحة يحجز لك أقرب واحد متوفر. 
‏تواصلت معاهم وكلمت هم انه الموعد اللي اختاروا ما يناسبني قالوا ما يتغير الموعد ولا يتراجع المبلغ ..

‏ما عندي مشكلة اخذ الفلوس من دون ما يقدموا الخدمة 🙂

I definitely will not be using their services again. They have the worst customer service and will never reimburse you for a visit even if it was their fault. The hardly answer their phone and when I try and schedule things via their WhatsApp chat, it’s not easy. If you’re 5-10 mins late to opening for the cleaner, the driver will just leave and take her and they will say you missed the visit and he will not come back.
