## What is Hadid?

Hadid is a fast, no-nonsense workout tracker for lifters. Log a set in seconds, follow a plan that fits your week, and see your progress add up.

LOG FASTER
• A built-in keypad and ghost values from your last session
• Rest timer with one-tap +15s and −15s, and a minimized workout bar so you can check anything mid-rest
• Live PR badges the moment you beat your best
• Supersets, warm-ups, drop sets and RPE

PLAN YOUR WEEK
• A fixed weekly plan, or a rotating plan that shifts week to week
• Keep both and switch between them without losing either
• Optional lighter weeks that lower your target weights
• Start from a ready-made program or build your own routines

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Strength trends, volume, streaks and achievements
• Monthly and yearly recaps you can share
• Body measurements on a body map, plus private progress photos with side-by-side compare

ASK COACH
Coach is an AI that reads your own training and answers in plain language. Ask for a weekly review, a progression suggestion, or a plan, or send a photo of a workout plan and let Coach turn it into a routine. Coach can propose changes, and nothing is applied until you approve it. App help is free and doesn't use your messages. Coach is an AI and can make mistakes. It is not medical advice.

ON YOUR WRIST AND HOME SCREEN
• Apple Watch app: log sets and control your rest timer from your wrist
• Home Screen widget with today's workout
• Apple Health: send workouts and weight (optional)

BUILT FOR YOU
• English, Arabic and Hebrew, with full right-to-left layout
• Works without an account. Sign in only to sync across devices
• Export all your data as CSV any time

HADID PRO
Hadid is free to start. Hadid Pro unlocks more routines, your full history and more Coach. [Add your prices and subscription lengths from App Store Connect.] Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
