HafaHomes is a Guam-first real estate discovery app for exploring homes, rentals, villages, and local housing context across the island.

Browse Guam properties, switch between homes for sale and rentals, explore listings on a map, save homes with a free account, request showings, and view local village information designed around island life.

Hafa Homes is built for Guam buyers, renters, military families, local residents, agents, brokerages, and property managers. We are actively partnering with Guam real estate professionals to expand listing coverage and services.

Version 1.0.3 improves Guam home and rental search, listing and map navigation, agent selection, saved homes, account management, and showing-request reliability. It also includes performance, security, and stability updates.

Version 1.0.2 adds a richer signed-in search experience: save a Search Profile with budget, villages, timeline, financing/readiness, beds, baths, and agent relationship details; use it to prefill showing and price watch requests; and choose a preferred agent for future requests.

Hafa Homes now uses first-party search context to power smarter search-assist prompts and better request routing, while keeping public browsing open.

This release also improves request history, map/listing navigation, app icon presentation, and adds an in-app link to hafahomes.com.
