Every time I have ordered, the items have arrived well packed and in perfect condition and quite often they arrive well within the stated delivery date. A couple of occasions I've not been happy with the item I have received and HaffPrice have immediately rectified the issue even though the problem had nothing to do with themselves, but with the trader. I've even received a £30 discount voucher as a way of apologising about the issue. I have placed 2 separate orders and haven’t received any. My first order October 12 hasn’t had any movement in 6 days it’s now November 3. I contact customer service and I get an bot to say what it’s trained to say. Now I can’t attend brunch with the mayor. Now my second order can’t be found , but you got my money. I will not order from here again. I pay you for my items and pay my bank a fee because of where your located. So I feel I should be able to track my order. Not guess when it’s arriving.
