Why do u keep receiving blank emails while trying to get a verification code? It’s becoming frustrating!

I have been trying to login my email and password it keep on saying wrong email or password meanwhile I’m sure of my details I click on forgot password still I can’t get a code each time I click on get a code error message still pop up. This app is just a mess

It only connected once and when i lost bluetooth connection I couldn’t connect the watch to my phone again because it couldn’t find it!!

Ii just used it for about 10 days then connection between the app and the device got disconnected, trying to log in the app it gives me invalid mail or password, then i click on forgot password (although I’m sure my password is correct) it gives me “email doesn’t exist”, then i go to the “register new user” it gives me “email already exists”, 
The app doesn’t include a help or support for such technical issues, it is simply a waste of money

HAFIT App was an exercise in frustration, it would not connect to GT9 Pro Smart Watch. Finally switched to LAXASFIT App which actually DOES connect.

This watch is total garbage!
Don’t waste your money you’ll be stressed!!
Disappointed! Regretful! It’s just looks good. If you are about the look this is it. It’s not even close to what you pay and what you get it’s even worse than that. This watch gives you nothing but massive headaches!!!
Trust me now….you’ll thank me later!!!
