## What is Håg?

Håg is a calm, private daily planner that turns scattered thoughts into a realistic plan.

CAPTURE WHAT IS ON YOUR MIND
Type a brain dump, dictate it, paste text, share from another app, or scan a note with the camera. Håg turns it into editable tasks using on-device intelligence.

PLAN AROUND REAL LIFE
See today and tomorrow on a simple timeline. Håg can suggest a schedule inside your working hours and plan around events in your Apple Calendar. Calendar access is optional and read-only.

FOCUS ON ONE THING
Start a focused session for the next task, keep an eye on your progress, and finish the day with less mental clutter.

REVIEW YOUR WEEK
See completed tasks, focused minutes, and a private weekly summary generated on your device.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads or tracking
• No Håg account
• AI, dictation processing, and OCR run on your device
• Photos and audio are not stored
• Optional iCloud sync uses your private iCloud database
• Delete all Håg data from Settings at any time

Apple Intelligence features are used on supported devices with iOS 26 or later. Built-in smart rules keep the core planning flow available on other supported devices.
