It was literally the only useful part of the app. ### 2/5 — Useless *2023-06-24, version 2023.25.0* Downloaded the app two days ago and it’s still “searching for stores”. Deleted the app and re installed and it went right back to spinning search, no way to exit or cancel. One day it just stopped working and is giving me an error message that says This specific functionality is not designed for large screens. Please use a smaller screen to view it. I only want to access my pharmacy , it’s so important to me. iPads aren’t large screens. I tried to get customer service to help me get this fixed but after numerous times and being disconnected multiple times from customer service I have given up. The app works unless I want to view my pharmacy. It’s always been a pretty bad app anyways. Wished it could be fixed. On the whole this is a great app. I would like to see at check out another area for special instructions. There is an icon for support. If you tap that icon you are sent to the application. No support just the application. This is very poor. Difficult to navigate adding a minor who can’t have pharmacy access on her own. She is supposed to have HIPPA to protect her, yet too young to hold account.
