Welcome to Haggle, a Nashville-based online retail company built on a simple idea: You name the price because every item starts at just $1.00.

With weekly events featuring overstock, seasonal, and closeout products sourced from major retailers, our inventory is constantly rotating—so there’s always something new to discover.

How it works:

1. Items located at a specific location are grouped into an event with a set end date and time.
2. When the event closes, the highest bidder wins and is automatically charged.
3. Each event lists the days and location where items can be picked up by the winning bidder. *(Items not picked up during the scheduled window are forfeited.)*

Shipping is available only for Smyrna Village. All other locations are local pickup only and cannot be shipped or transferred.

seeing how the features have expanded to create a better shopping experience. I’ve “won” many great deals and look forward to seeing what new treasure I may discover each time I open the app.

The platform has become a top place for me to reference before making any purchases.     Inventory can be limited so it doesn’t always have what I’m looking for but when it does it’s generally 40-50% cheaper. Highly recommend.

The list that I could make or anyone could make of what this app needs to be user friendly is very long. Instead of addressing any of that, we get a new but fittle name, cause this whole process is a haggle, and a new icon.

It won’t let me update the app from A-Stock to Haggle Bids… I guess I’m gonna stop buying things from them if I came get the correct app. Also, why wouldn’t you wait to update the app until after the sale ends??

**Developer response:** Haggle Bids is the same app, just renamed — there's no separate one to install, and your account and bids are untouched either way.

This company is trash. Everything I’ve bought has had issues. They’re selling at a discount because these are problem items. Don’t waste your time or money.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback — we'd rather address it than ignore it.

A quick clarification on the pricing: our lots start low because that's how bidding on an event works, not because an item is defective. Every lot carries a condition tag on the listing page — "Appears New," for example — along with photos and the retail value, so you can decide what a given item is worth to you before you bid. Bids open at a dollar; the final price is set by other bidders, not by us discounting damaged goods.

That said, a condition tag is only useful if it's accurate. If items you received didn't match how they were described, send your invoice number and lot numbers to customersupport@haggle.com and we'll pull the listings and review them.

If a lot was materially different from its listing, we want to know — that's a listing problem on our end, and it's fixable.
