Always enjoyed it. Lost a lot in the LPs bc I maybe didn't claim it all in time. I think I lost a lot of HAI somehow but I've slowly moved it to one of the staking ones only because none were working well for me. I tried using the VPN on my PC but it quit working? Told me to update. Now it just won't install. But it was asking for a monthly fee and I thought with staking you get free services. I do still get on my phone but I really don't use the VPN on my phone bc it has one built in. Plus a lot of the crypto sites require a PC vpn and mobile does not work. Anywho if Im mistaken or missing something please leave me a message or something. I'd love to use services again. Also, are you guys still based in Ukraine? Or have y'all moved? And are y'all WEF Members. Im sure you are not a BRICS member. Anyone else think BRICS and BRC are suspect. I know i do no pay hacken ai bills but we all have issues we want to be loud about. More over. They claim it's after a certain date but I haven't yet to be able to claim it. I just get some error it needs to be on Binance chain but it is on Binance and was claimed on Binance bc I checked. So don't waste your time. Tried to contact support yet no replies ### 1/5 — HKN to HAI Swap *2021-04-02, version 1.1.21* Downloaded this app to swap my HKN coins to HAI. It was glitchy from the start with it was not recognising my email confirmation. After sorting this out, I used the wallet address provided to transfer tokens for the swap and over 24 hours later, my HKN have not arrived in the wallet!!! I have checked on etherscan and it says that the transaction was successful. Based on this, I believe my coins have been lost. Obviously there is no customer service number or email detailed on the app for you to contact them on. ### 1/5 — Crash on iPhone *2020-11-18, version 1.1.14* While switching on DarkNet monitoring app crashes. ### 2/5 — Not sure what's going on *2024-01-03, version 3.1.1* I've been Staking my 1000 for years and things used to r great but their vpn stopped working on my PC and now both my iPhone and android it says no internet connection yet I obviously have an internet connection so no more vpn use with them. I'd have staked 10000 but I ended up sending my coins to another wallet until this starts working again.
