No support response *2026-08-01* Most recent version of HailTrace is so buggy that every time you open it, you have to reload the maps and for some reason, Support doesn’t seem to be aware of this or able to fix it, but it cost us so much time in the field. Pretty much the most critical aspect of the entire app that fails to work consistently even after a reinstall. It’s laggy, won’t load, crashes. How do you do an update for improvements to the app and in the process make it work. We pay for a national plan, this needs fixed ASAP. It deletes everything I have saved and I have to go back and re download my hail maps. So annoying. I get hopeful after every update but I might as well stop updating. Most of us are driving around using the app so this needs to be addressed ASAP.
