Just a yellow triangle that says “never synced”. When I go to my Bluetooth settings it will go on and off “connected” and “not connected” we’ve done everything we could and this is the last day to start the clinical trial I’m in. If it isn’t fixed today then I can’t continue the trial. Not sure if the IOS 17.1 update has something to do with it but it’s extremely frustrating that I missed spending time with my 1 year old son and in laws that drove 3 hours just to spend time with their grandson. I wasted 6.5 hours syncing this crap piece of plastic that won’t even work. RESPOND TO THE PEOPLE REACHING OUT FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT PLEASE ### 1/5 — I CAN’t log in!!! *2019-12-01* Why it’s not working! ### 2/5 — Promising but not syncing *2019-10-22, version 6.6.0* Like this app and easy set up but won’t sync with my health app. Doing manual entries and want this days to show in health App ### 1/5 — Cannot sync with Health app *2019-09-24, version 6.6.0* Sync error when try to switch on Sync within the app, despite being set to ‘on’ in Health app. Also, my Spiriva is 2 puffs once a day but this is not an option in the app, so I cannot set this medication. ### 1/5 — Health not syncing *2019-08-01, version 6.6.0* Error when trying to turn on Health ### 5/5 — Peace of mind *2018-08-27* I can check up on my kids and know when they’re taking their inhaler w/o standing over them every day. ### 3/5 — Disappointed *2018-08-22* The device continually loses its sync with my iPhone. Have done all steps outlined my customer support and continues to happen. Customer support states no data will be lost when not synced, NOT true!
