I haven't been able to upload an image in weeks. The moment I attempt to upload an image it freezes. I've even attempted to let it sit for 15mins in hopes it'll eventually let me scroll my library but nothing. I'm sitting on tons of credits and my monthly re-up is approaching so I'll have even more and no way to use them other than going directly to the site. I'm giving this 2 stars only because the app has been great in the past. I also like the generations when they're completed and not being flagged for absolutely no reason. I may be canceling my membership if things aren't resolved soon. It is a waste of money. I had not even properly started using it yet, and they were already asking me to buy a subscription. You still do not understand how it works or what it actually does. I thought they would charge me after a week of use, but instead they charged me $50 immediately including tax. To create a video, I wrote a simple text prompt, nothing complicated. I have been waiting for two days already. It gives six versions, but all of them are useless. I deleted everything because none of them were good. I thought at least one version would be generated quickly — unfortunately, no. It is hard to get the money back, and the subscription is already activated for a year even though I do not even use the program. On top of that, they still ask you to buy extra coins. In short, it is not worth buying. You will waste your money, time, and nerves. It’s not charge weekly. It charged me right at one time so I saw a promotion where I was supposed to be charged weekly for a few cents and yearly it would become 34 However I was right away charged the full amount on my account and later it said that $34 is a monthly fee not a yearly fee and second whatever picture I was uploading. It’s not detecting it’s correct face it’s changing the facial expressions, it’s a big waste of money. They take your annual subscription fee upfront, let you use the service just long enough to think everything is fine, then immediately lock you out and demand additional payments.
