I’m having trouble creating an account because it’s either saying something about my password and when I think I fixed it, then it starts saying something about my telephone number

Tried to set up account but was unable to read the terms and conditions or privacy statement that I was agreeing to by continuing.
Plus, you can’t create an account without submitting a cellular phone number.
You should be able to create an account even with 2 step verification code sent to Authenticator or a second email address.
With the amount of scams and hacking out there, I rarely use my cellular number, and definitely not in any social media space.
