I was still getting the watermark. I used the contact form on their website twice and wrote to billing twice in a week. No response I asked for a refund. No response I went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I really wish that I had been responded to as I would've given this a five star review if it weren't for the customer service. ### 1/5 — Do Not Spend $$$ on Credits *2025-01-25* I used to be able to use this app freely. Credits became needed. As soon as i purchased $20 worth of credits i was unable to generate videos. Literally, right after the purchase my videos are now stuck “in queue”. The support email does NOT work. The chat is to discord with over 20k members. We had to switch to mandatory authorization to better secure our services and user generations, and to allow cross-authentication with our web client.
