We also have a foreign exchange student staying with us and it was super easy to add him to our family and schedule his appointments. My son and our “Spanish son” always go to Bryan. He is wonderful and the boys are super pleased with the way he cuts their hair. My husband gets a “high and tight” so he doesn’t care who cuts it. It’s more scheduling what’s convenient for his busy schedule and it’s always very easy to get him in with someone right away. My three guys have never had a bad haircut! Password management and auto-fill is atrocious. My location often doesn’t show up. I usually have a lot of grace for apps that aren’t working well, but if they *require* you to have an account and you can’t check out as a guest, the app needs to be on point. Every employee greets you with a smile and makes every visit special! The problem is — When you touch the siloute in the upper right corner to go to your Account Settings, the app crashes!! ### 2/5 — Buggy, missing features *2022-02-04* 1. If I hit the location icon and tap on a location the app crashes - iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 15.2.1 2. The app does not correctly scale text with my phone default font set larger than the default. Words run off the right side of the screen 3. The original Hair Saloon app brought up a schedule grid of ALL available hairdressers and when they were available. This visual grid system is far superior to the current solution: choosing each person from a drop down and reading their schedule from a list. I know why it’s this way. The old app appeared to have been custom developed SPECIFICALLY for Hair Saloon or at least specifically for hair salons. The new app is a based on generic platform (MyTime) that allows “people” to book “stuff”. This comes through in the quality of the experience. ### 4/5 — Good Basic Appointment app *2026-02-11* It does the basic job well to schedule appointments. I just add the time of day I want to go add the appointment to my calendar and I’m set.
