Оплатил 5 причесок, сделал 3 и постоянная ошибка

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте! Вы правы, и нам очень жаль — приносим извинения.

Вот что произошло: в режиме AI Match одна причёска стоит 15 кредитов — 5 за анализ лица и 10 за саму генерацию изображения. В обычном режиме, когда вы выбираете стрижку из каталога, — 10 кредитов. Вы каждый раз пользовались AI Match, поэтому 50 кредитов хватило ровно на 3 готовых образа. На четвёртой попытке анализ списал последние 5 кредитов, а на генерацию изображения их уже не хватило — поэтому счёт оказался пустым.

В качестве извинения мы начислили вам 50 кредитов — они бессрочные и уже в вашем аккаунте. Этого хватит на 3 образа в режиме AI Match или на 5 причёсок из каталога. Если кредиты не отображаются, закройте и снова откройте приложение.

Заплатила за доп. генерации. 4 раза выходила ошибка и всё, монеты кончились. Направила через приложение отзыв и тишина. Еще и за подписку деньги сняли, пока ответ ждала. Молодцы ребята, на благо людей трудитесь 💪

действительно виноваты.
Мы нашли причину: генерации создавались на наших серверах успешно, но
приложение не получало готовые изображения и показывало ошибку. Монеты при
этом списывались, а результата вы не видели. Мы уже занимаемся исправлением.
Ответ на ваше обращение мы отправили, но он приходит во внутренний раздел
«Обратная связь» в профиле, а push-уведомления приложение пока не шлёт —
поэтому вы его не увидели. Это тоже исправим.
Пожалуйста, зайдите в Профиль → Обратная связь: там наш ответ и возвращённые
монеты. По списанию за подписку мы поможем оформить возврат — напишите нам
через ту же форму, ответим в течение суток.

If your picture fails to generate, it will still cost your gems. App is almost useless (not bad when it wants to work). 

Also, this app has like 10 men’s hairstyles that haven’t been popular since 2016-2020 and that’s it
