Text messaging, emailing is really easy with the app. Write a note and click send. It’s that easy. My color formula’s, I keep photo’s of my foil placement when doing highlights. Every client has there own personal file. If I need to market to my clients, I can choose to email or text my clients with either one text or email or I can choose who I want to communicate with. They’ve added the ability to text and email customers from the app but no option for those who strictly use it as a simple database to continue without paying full price. Wish they had more options. Having less features at a lower price point and a Pro version would have made more sense for existing customers. When they Upgraded the app I lost all of my pictures.
