We understand your frustration, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to grow. Haircut Now is still relatively new, and building up a client base nationwide takes time. We’re actively working on expanding our reach and attracting more clients across the country. In the meantime, we encourage you to keep your profile updated with great photos and ratings, and we’ll continue promoting the app to bring more visibility to barbers like you. Also, keep in mind that our app is 100% free to use so there’s no worries about us charging you during the time we’re growing. ### 1/5 — App Performance *2024-06-06* you can’t edit your gender or add any extra info on services etc. it’s very unclear, and unorganized. i like the opportunity it’s trying to present however it’s not providing much information or editing to the profile as the barber **Developer response:** Hello, I’m sorry for the confusion you are having with our app. Haircut Now is a free app that enables barbers to receive appointment referrals from new clients who are looking for barbers. We don’t have the option to add services because we allow the client to choose on their end what they are looking for and how much they are willing to pay. Once they choose the request is sent to all nearby barbers and the barbers have the opportunity to accept or reject the request. You will never be charged for the requests. When the client receives the request they will decide who to book with and all the barbers will be updated with either the appointment or a notification that they chose someone else. Some changes like your address and photos can be changed from within the app but changes like your gender need to be changed by emailing support@haircutnow.com Also, these and other questions can be answered by visiting the FAQ section of our website as well as using our 24-hour chat feature.
