This feature did not work. I tried opening the app on another device and it did not recognize me and asked for a password which was not required when I purchase it originally. I requested a refund and was kindly told to go though apple to cancel. I wanted a refund since I had only used the app for a few hours. There is not an option for a refund through Apple…only to cancel the subscription. I emailed HairLook again and told them this and they never responded. **Developer response:** Hello, and thank you for sharing your experience. We want to clarify a few points. When you contacted our support team, we replied promptly to each of your emails (three replies in total) and provided steps to address the issues you described. If the app did not have access to your saved photos, this can be enabled through your device’s Settings. We also explained that when using HairLook on another device, you can use your restore your purchases and access your account. Regarding the refund, we explained that Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases and therefore handles refunds directly. We provided the appropriate Apple refund process and also offered to continue working with you to get the app working as intended. We take customer support seriously and respond to every customer who contacts us. Tweaks the look every time. For style it makes it that color of the picture chosen and not just the style. Annoying. **Developer response:** Hi! It only 8 styles to try on virtually and none of them are high quality styles. The app is also difficult to navigate and the subscription for Pro is difficult to cancel. You can also browse the gallery and explore the app before subscribing, so you can clearly see what’s included. Regarding subscriptions, they are managed directly through your Apple account. Cancellation is straightforward and can be done at any time from your device settings in just a few steps (also mentioned in our FAQs).
