Our engineers will check and fix it once we received your infos. ### 2/5 — KWH consumption stopped working *2026-05-25* The app has many bugs.. first is kwh consumption stopped after 10-12 days.. connection is there and everything works just consumption is not monitoring. Help! ### 2/5 — PLEASE FIX GOOGLE HOME SERVER ISSUES! *2023-05-07* The Haier Servers are always busted, cannot depend on this Chinese company for reliability, seems like some school-graders designed the app. Last summer I purchased 3 Haier AC for about 3300 USD, only because of Google home integration. It worked perfectly. About a Month ago I started having issues with Google home.My Nest Hub is not able to control the AC’s anymore. It Just says “Couldn’t Reach Hai Smart SEA”. It’s very frustrating and irritating knowing that it used to work perfectly on all 3 devices and now it doesn’t. Something is wrong with the communication between Haier and Google Home Servers. Please fix it as I spent a lot of money for the promise of Google home integration! I have products from atleast 35 different brands working in conjunction through GH for my Smart Home. Sometimes resetting the device and recreating map solves the issue. Some times it does not. It does lag a bit, but works as mentioned absolutely love the timer feature the app has to offer. Just needs some minor work with a few bugs and glitches that cause the app to lag and not respond sometimes. ### 4/5 — Good but read in detail . *2022-05-02* Works like a charm , but the only problem is when the ac is switched off and the power goes out and comes back and if the ac is connected to wifi , it switches on automatically , even though it was turned off. While the homepage appears dark at night, the device control page , some of the settings page stays in light mode. That hurst eyes if you use the app in the night. However, for the past 3 days, I have not been able to see the electricity consumption units for my air conditioner, even though this feature was working perfectly before.I contacted customer support, but they said they could not do anything about the issue and did not even register my complaint. Disappointed with the lack of support.
