## What is HAJMO?

HAJMO connects drivers, passengers, package senders, and carriers on routes between Germany, the Balkans, and local or regional destinations.

RIDES

Find a suitable ride or publish your own route. Drivers can enter the departure date and time, available seats, price, and intermediate stops.

Passengers select their pickup and drop-off locations, request the required number of seats, and receive a notification when the driver accepts or rejects the request.

PACKAGES

Publish a package you want to send or offer transportation along a route you are already traveling.

Senders can add package details, weight, photos, dates, price, and recipient information. After a carrier is selected, a private conversation becomes available, and the package status can be followed from pickup to delivery.

SAFETY AND COMMUNICATION

• Private chat is available after an accepted ride request or package offer
• Ratings are available after a completed ride or delivery
• Users can report or block other users
• Notifications provide updates about important activities and status changes
• Users can permanently delete their account from within the app

HAJMO does not directly provide transportation services and does not process payments. Users independently arrange the details of rides and package transportation.
