## What is Hakkım?

Hakkım is a contract ledger for freelancers in Türkiye. It records the work the way it actually exists: a monthly retainer, a project with an agreed total, or hourly.

• The contract keeps its history: started at ₺30,000 → raised to ₺35,000 in March → ₺10,000 bonus in June. What was agreed, and when, stops getting lost.
• Partial payments are normal: "₺130,000 agreed, ₺48,000 received, ₺82,000 outstanding" — a ledger that can say that sentence.
• Retainer rows appear on their own. When the money lands, it's one tap: paid.
• Which money is yours: collected → − VAT → − set aside → = yours. VAT is exact, the set-aside is an estimate, and the screen says which is which.
• VAT is never fixed: per contract and per record — 20% / 10% / 1% / 0% (exempt) / custom. Withholding is per client, off by default.
• Fixed costs — social security, your accountant, subscriptions — arrive ready each month.
• Tax calendar and reminders: VAT return, advance-tax period, annual declaration. All on the phone, no server.
• Billing clients abroad: the four conditions of Decision 11257 sit as a checklist you confirm, and if export income hasn't reached Türkiye yet you're told before the deadline. That warning is free.

Pro: unlimited contracts, the advance-tax projection (on the cumulative progressive tariff), export-exemption tracking, the yearly overview, and PDF + CSV for your accountant.
