## What is Haklo App?

Your family, actually connected.

Haklo turns the weekly family meeting — the thing therapists recommend but nobody sticks with — into a portable, repeatable, AI-coached practice. Async by design, so everyone can take part on their own time.

THE WEEKLY RITUAL

Each week, every family member checks in through a guided gathering:
• One thing — what stood out this week
• Priority — what matters most next week
• Goal — a personal commitment for the week
• Kindness commitment — a pledge to one family member

Gatherings are asynchronous. Members have 72 hours to fill in at their own pace. When everyone's done, the family gets a recap of what was shared.

QUIET BETWEEN GATHERINGS

Heard: private one-line notes between family members. Encountered full-screen on next app open. No streaks. No push notifications. No read receipts. Just a way to be heard without performance.

Member arcs: a longitudinal narrative for each family member, regenerated each week — themes, attention items, emotional trend, relational shifts. Tap any element to see context, a 12-week trajectory, and how it mirrors in the other person's arc.

AI COACHING (HAKLO PLUS)

For families who want more, Haklo Plus adds AI coaching personalized for each member:

A place to talk, a Record that remembers, and a much simpler first gathering.
Family Chat. A private space just for your family. No feeds, no strangers, no algorithm — just your people. Share links and they unfurl into proper previews; you can even share straight into Haklo from other apps.
The librarian (optional, for Plus families). Turn it on and Haklo can read your family chat and suggest things worth keeping — a decision, a date, the wifi password. It only ever points; it never speaks in your chat and never files anything on its own. You confirm every entry, and a weekly receipt shows exactly what it did. Off by default, off anytime.
The family Record. Everything your family chooses to keep, in one place. Search it, ask it questions ("when's the dentist?"), organize it into your own categories, and export the whole thing as a family handbook — your Record is yours to take anywhere. Items marked "revisit" quietly show up as candidates for your next gathering.
A dead-simple first gathering. One phone. Pass it around. Each person gives one sentence. Four moments, done. We stripped the first gathering down so your family can just start.
A calmer Home. Home now leads with the one thing your family might do next, and your family's own words — not a dashboard.
