No where in their terms does it say you can’t bring any snowboarding/ski gear. I had a lesson that morning, taxi pulls up, tells me no. Said I can’t bring my stuff? I said I really need to get to my lesson he said “don’t care call a taxi” YOU ARE A TAXI?! Sooo… I missed my lesson and cost me $100s. It requires a mobile number to register but only sends OTP to Japan and Australian numbers so the rest of the tourists that come to Japan and Hakuba to enjoy the warm hospitality are complete prevented from using the service. Way to go SWAT Mobility for your complete lack of mobility for every day users. ### 5/5 — This app worked so well for us *2024-02-08, version 4.1.4* You have to be able to receive a text message with a code, which I could with my Australian number, and then use data. We ordered our rides at 9am each morning for our dinners out. They were always on time, clean and friendly.
