Now, I am having difficulty logging back in- the app constantly says my phone number has already been used. When I tried logging in using my US phone number, the app assumed my number and was a Canadian number- I was unable to receive the SMS text for the code to verify despite trying multiple times. It requires a mobile number to register but only sends OTP to Japan and Australian numbers so the rest of the tourists that come to Japan and Hakuba to enjoy the warm hospitality are complete prevented from using the service. We ordered our rides at 9am each morning for our dinners out. They were always on time, clean and friendly. So glad we found this app. Much better than trying to call a taxi. ### 5/5 — Great service! *2023-01-02, version 3.0.16* Very convenient for getting around Hakuba at night. It can be used with non-Japanese phone numbers, just update the international dialling code when you sign up.
