انا تاكدت وتيقنت يقين تام ان هذي الشركة حرامية سراقين فلوس، حولت مبلغ مالي اقل من 5 الاف ريال للحساب عشان اشتري فيها اشياء للشغل حقي والمشكلة من راتبي وباسمي فجأه اشوف الحساب متجمد فلحظتها و من ٢٥ يوم الى الان مافتح الحساب مع اني مرسلهم كل شي يثبت صحة الحوالة بالاضافة اني رحت لهم الرياض وانا من جدة لاكن ماقول الا الله لا يوفقكم ولا يرزقكم ويعجل في تقفيل الشركة الزباله ذي وموظفينها الازبل

However, the subscription has not been canceled, charges were still taken from my account, and now I am being contacted regarding outstanding payments.

Please resolve this matter urgently by canceling the subscription immediately and refunding all charges made after my cancellation request.
Otherwise, I will escalate the issue to the relevant authorities.
