I bought a perfume from this app and I didn’t receive it I try to contact them many time with email and WhatsApp and no replay at all just be carful and don’t download or buy from the website

According to our system, we are in knowledge of your order and believe that you have ordered this item on Friday and had made an effort to contact us on the same Friday. Unfortunately, our offices are closed on Friday and all orders placed on Friday are attended to on Saturday as stated on our website. We apologize that this had caused an inconvenience but we had already actively refunded your amount on the following Saturday and were in touch with you about your order. If you have any concerns or queries, you can contact us through any means and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible in respect to that our working days do not include Friday.
