### 1/5 — don’t download…

*2026-09-25*

I downloaded this app when it was offered free, next update came with a paywall and now you can’t even click a single frame. don’t update if you have it, don’t buy it if you don’t. Scam app. You can’t even click any settings to email the dev in the app for support.

**Developer response:** You're right — there's no in-app support link while the paywall is up,
and that's on us. We're adding one in the very next update.

For anything you need in the meantime, email support@birsoftware.com
and we'll answer the same day. The crash that made the app unusable
after tapping is fixed in version 3.3, currently in App Review.

If you'd rather not wait, you can request a full refund directly from
Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — no questions asked, no need to
go through us.
