The app hasn’t consistently worked for my four season ticket for both 2924 and they still can’t get it to work for the 2025 season tickets. It would have been so nice to not have to go to will call to pick up tickets. Only three events show up on the app. Wish it worked

I would enjoy the app if it didn’t constantly log me out. I only go on the app when I have an upcoming play. I shouldn’t have to login every single time.

I have long awaited this app. I am so excited. It still needs some bugs worked out (logs you out instead of leaving you logged in, needs more account info, e.g., account credits, programs loaded into the app) but those will come. Very excited for what we have.

We were confused as to how to access our tickets on my phone, as my confirmation sheet said to access them in the NEW HTC mobile app. When we went there, those letters didn’t pull up Hale theater. We finally typed in “Hale theater” and were able to load the app.

Love the shows and the talent. The stage sceneries are always beautiful and impressive.

I wanted to transfer 2 tickets to my daughter.  But, I could not find them on my app (yet, I could find them on my laptop!).

I called the Box Office.  Apparently the tickets had been sent to Will Call.  I asked that they be made available again in my app.  I was told it may take 30-40 minutes.  

But, happily, they appeared in my app within a few minutes.  I have now sent the codes to my daughter.  

I rated 4 out of 5, because I wish it was able to be resolved without waiting to call the Box Office.

My husband was forever searching for the correct email. Sometimes he found the tickets, sometimes we had to go get them from the box office.
