Pasting URL from app leads to an “Unauthorized” message. When selecting “Zip files” the app asks to download VIVA ONE app on Mac computer, which makes no sense given the above. ### 3/5 — Face ID. *2020-10-17, version 2.0.0* I have an option to enable Touch ID, but my iPhone 11 Pro only offers Face ID. App is great otherwise! 👍🏼👍🏼 ### 2/5 — Not great *2020-05-21, version 1.6.4* It is very buggy and closes the app randomly. The UI is really good but the functionality is pretty bad. Also it should work with Apple facial recognition too. That is not true. I have to keep putting my password in and it’s frustrating because sometimes I forget my password. I have like 200 passwords to remember. Also the Elite DNA app is the same app as HALE. Which one should I use?? If you believe you are having issues beyond that, please get in touch via email at support@hale.co and we'll be sure to investigate further. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useful to connect to my doc but app needs work *2022-06-09, version 2.1.1* The app is useful way to reach my doctor but the app needs work: - notifications do not arrive when my doctor replies - after waiting for a response from my doc, app does not refresh unless I pull down manually - FaceID only works if logging back in immediately after navigating away from the app, otherwise manual login is required - Manual login with password requires me to search for the password manually in my password list; the Apple password manager does not recognize Hale and auto fill the password - No ability to search through past cases; for example, I want to see my doctor’s recommendations for the last time I had a cold Thank you for your consideration. ### 1/5 — Color selection *2022-01-20, version 2.1.1* How about changing the color for the text input background from yellow to something else. As I’m typing this the font is either white(on white) or is not working. It breaks on “log in”, forcing me to spam call my doctor until I finally get through to them. This is a MEDICAL SERVICE, there’s NO room for your app to glitch as bad as it does. Please actually fix the bugs this has been going on for years now and I’m about to find a new doctor simply so I don’t have to deal with this app ### 1/5 — Do not like app *2020-12-16, version 2.0.0* Can't log in using my password I set. Tried resetting it and said I would get an email, haven't gotten an email yet. Have been trying since yesterday and still nothing. I do not like this app. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE APP, DOES NOT WORK *2020-07-15, version 1.7.0* Had an appt two days ago. Got link. Downloaded App. But it would not allow to add to home screen. Only options were, mail, messages, reminders, notes, airdrop. None of those worked. Dr was patiently working with my husband and myself. On Mac we got screen saying Dr H would be on soon, gray screen with our pic at bottom. We then got a call from office saying he would have to reschedule because we were not on, which was not true. So we rescheduled for 6pm. Again, same issues. Very frustrating. I would really give it 0 stars because it hasn’t worked for 3 visits. Two times two days ago and a precious appt. On mobile phones with room to add App, once you download the link and hit link that says GET. It should give the option to add to home screen. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. MD was on phone for an Hour with us. ### 1/5 — Dr or app who is incompetent??? *2020-06-10, version 1.7.0* It was my first time, you have an appointment and I waited for 20 mn then suddenly I have a e-mail to reschedule my appointment from the 4 to the 12 with a different time without checking with my own schedule. Then an automatic call telling me That I missed my appointment and I have to reschedule. When I called the dr office, the same kind of secretary will tell me it’s my fault ... She said Dr will you call back ... in fact since they are harassing me with automatic calls to remember me my next appointment, I called 3 times to cancel and still ... Stop harassing me ### 1/5 — Needs alot of work *2020-05-28, version 1.7.0* Frequent log out without any warning or confirmation. First conference call with primary care provider was slow and frquently lagged or froze up. Ended up doing a televisit over cellphone..just like 10 years ago. The app is a nice concept, but my experience indicates it is still “in development” ### 1/5 — Terrible platform *2020-04-24, version 1.6.3* We have been using this program for about 3 weeks now. It is hard to use and doesn’t give prompt attention to delays. Half the time you can’t see it hear the patients. It logs out immediately even if you looked away for a second. There’s no way to send PDF attachments to the provider, only pictures, an this makes it pointless because I still need to use email or patient portal to send the documents the doctor asks of me. **Developer response:** Thanks for the review and feedback.
