Stupenda e utile app, ma riscontro dei problemi con la routine: da un paio di giorni non compare più nulla nel giorno corrente, solo quelli successivi e la problematica viene riscontrata ogni giorno

L’app è ben fatta perché, oltre a fornire contenuti informativi ed educativi in vari formati, è piena di esercizi pratici che coprono diverse aree del benessere, ognuno più o meno utile a seconda della propria situazione e della propria problematica. C’è una bellissima community che, in qualche modo, ti fa sentire ancora di più all’interno di un percorso condiviso. E siamo solo all’inizio. Bravi!

I bought this app for my partner and it's been a game-changer for her journey with chronic pelvic floor issues as well as our relationship and sex life. Not only does it offer a wealth of information through well-researched articles, but the community networking feature has allowed her to connect with countless other women who share similar experiences. The meditation as well as physical exercises support relaxation and mindfulness techniques tailored for my partners specific needs. The user interface is intuitive and the content is comprehensive. Highly recommended for any woman but also couple suffering from chronic pain, especially chronic pelvic floor pain, seeking support, information, or just a community. Great present to make to your partner, friend or family.
