## What is halé?

hale is a breathing guide stripped to its essence — one screen, one rhythm, five quiet minutes.

follow the box breathing pattern: inhale, hold, exhale, hold — four seconds each. the word on screen rises and falls with your breath, stretching as you inhale and settling as you exhale, so you can simply watch and follow. gentle haptics rise and fade with each phase, so it works even with your eyes half-closed.

behind it, a slow, cinematic fluid drifts and glows in the dark — calm to rest your gaze on.

• box breathing — inhale 4s, hold 4s, exhale 4s, hold 4s
• a focused five-minute session
• breath-synced motion and haptics
• a living, animated background
• dark, portrait, full-screen — nothing to configure

hale asks for nothing. no account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking — and no data ever leaves your device. it works fully offline.
breathe.

(hale is for relaxation and general wellbeing. it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.)
