Seeing as thought the last version was 9 years ago, no wonder it doesn’t work with current iOS. The app should be removed from the App Store completely, seeing as the creator is not interested in keeping it operative.

For a paid app, I’d expect to have ALL half staff dates added. Not just holidays. When a former First Lady passed away in November 2023, Grandpa Biden issued a half staff order. This was not reflected in the app. What’s the point of paying for a flag reminder app when these types of half staff days are not included? Please include these and I will happily update my review. Thank you!

We’ve been under a half staff proclamation for 5 days now by the president. Never received any alerts. Only shows the next scheduled day. Figured for 99 cents it would be worth what they advertise but you don’t get what they say you will.

It's been about 2 years since we pushed this app to the App Store, so we figured it was about time to bring the app up to speed.

In this version, you'll see fixes for all the popular bugs, including:
- The app saying that the next half staff date was (null) (null)
- Push notifications not actually sending
- The app not connecting to the servers
- Links actually are clickable and provide more information about the Half Staff day
- And more!

In addition, we've sized the app to work natively with the new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.

We've also gotten numerous pieces of feedback requesting state-level notifications. We will begin introducing those throughout the next few months, so if you're really interested in a certain state, we'd love to hear it!
