What's up with this app? I can't open it! When I click on it it "flashes" open and closes almost immediately. Please fix this or refund my payment!!!!!

It doesn’t have food and shops in the airport like the photo says it does and to add your trip you need airline and flight number but it doesn’t have flair as an option so I can’t add my trip
Definitely should be free or at least work
Only good thing is the arrivals and departures screen but o haven’t had my trip yet so not sure how accurate it is
