Any emails from us will always greet you personally using your title and surname and either the last 4 digits of your account number or the last part of your postcode '*** 1AB'. Any text messages we send you will come from Halifax.

Freeze and unfreeze certain types of transactions securely 24/7 for extra peace of mind or if you’ve temporarily misplaced your card.

so, we are all being FORCED to change from halifax to lloyds, i get they are under the same umbrella and it makes sense to streamline, BUT, as usual the corner cutting extends to the tech team who seem to have employed yoofs who have little or no clue what they are doing and everyone being FORCED to move to what is essentially to them a new banking platform and lloyds HAVE NOT CONSIDERED THEY MIGHT NEED MORE SERVERS to facilitate the millions of enforced transitioners and as a result THE SERVERS HAVE CRASHED  and my and thousands of others can no longer access our accounts due to ‘error 500’ which is an INTERNAL SERVER ISSUE….. i mean why is it we accept this corner cutting penny pinching greed from companies that earn BILLIONS from OUR MONEY…. 
frankly i am leaving lloyds group and going to a bank more customer centric and who DO invest in servers and employ QUALIFIED people.

It won’t process any of my transaction of my own money if i have to pay a big amount. It takes 30 mins to speak to a human! All blo***y computer options its impossible to reach a human. The app help chat is just a robot. I am switching asap cux i am tired of this third class bank now
