Planning trips yields weird bus routes, and whoever decided to put black text on a dark blue text box needs to go back to school. ### 2/5 — Hard to use *2025-03-08* Good app very informative but it’s not so user friendly. Your drivers (not just one bad apple) are a bunch of angry morons - probably union protected. We decided to walk for the rest of our stay in Halifax. ### 1/5 — Incorrect route info *2025-10-07* Missed express buses due to app schedule not matching existing route schedules ### 1/5 — Hard to follow gps not correct *2025-10-05* I miss my bus all the time 67 never has accurate GPS, only shows one side of the route working sometimes, the driver always seems to be early or late but this is not a busy route that would have traffic delays. I don’t need trip planning. I know where I’m going and all the bus options to get me there and all I need is clear, uncluttered arrival times with a couple of taps at the most. This app does that really well. I think you should stick to black-and-white and even with a magnifying glass the black and blue lettering is extremely difficult to read. ### 3/5 — Never on time *2024-01-25, version 3.8.0* The 22 is constantly off schedule I miss my connecting every time. It’s like it just comes when it wants to. Sometimes it just skips a route for no reason. The bus drivers don’t slow down also other bus drivers use it like a taxi n have personal conversations at full volume. They sit in the front n don’t move for seniors.
