Helios is so lovely that I’m accomplishing daily breath work multiple times a day. I appreciate the soothing ASMR type layered sounds that change with each session. Some melodies are so beautiful I leave the music to play when I’m finished. An excellent app- simple and calming - calling me back again and again.
