Guess what, a year on and apparently nothing has changed, I am having the exact same problem when I try and sign in. Absolutely rubbish app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t allow log in *2024-10-02* Terrible, doesn’t allow log in. Continuously says sso login expired, have tried deleting and reinstalling. Have all the updates. Doesn’t work at all. No support to fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2024-09-18* Downloaded the app but everytime I try to log in it’s saying there’s an error. Useless ### 1/5 — App not working *2024-01-29* Same as previous reviews, the session claims to be expired or timed out after inputting my info ### 1/5 — Not working! *2023-10-09* Same as previous review - I tried several times in different ways, also deleting an re-istalling. If you still experience problems logging in, please visit www.shu.ac.uk/HallamEat for further information. ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work *2023-09-28* Can’t even login to the app. After logging in with Microsoft account it just says my ‘SSO session is invalid or has expired’ and to go back and try again.
