I tired using this app after coming back from my first placement and it wouldn’t let me log in.

Can not login in at all, waste of time

A year ago, a user posted a review stating he could not sign in, that when he attempted to sign in with his Microsoft account, the app sent the response “SSO session has expired, please try again”.

Guess what, a year on and apparently nothing has changed, I am having the exact same problem when I try and sign in. Absolutely rubbish app.

Terrible, doesn’t allow log in. Continuously says sso login expired, have tried deleting and reinstalling. Have all the updates. Doesn’t work at all. No support to fix this issue.

Same as previous review - I tried several times in different ways, also deleting an re-istalling. This is a brand new broken app! Very poor.

Whilst the Hallam Eat app went live on Monday 9 October, we are aware that was a lag in uploading data which resulted in some users experiencing a delay when trying to log in. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. You should now be able to download and log in without any issues. Can’t even login to the app. After logging in with Microsoft account it just says my ‘SSO session is invalid or has expired’ and to go back and try again. But of course, going back and trying again does the same thing. There’s no alternative login methods. Completely broken app.
