It’s not anymore. I can’t select another station because a blank screen pops up and I select View Stations and I cannot change stations. Why? The reason for having the App is so that I don’t have to log in with a desktop. Can you please fix this issue ? That’d be great. Thank you ! When our department first started using it it worked great and then updates started happening and it seems to get worse every time. I’d say 65 percent of our firefighters are having problems logging in and if you do get in there’s constant glitches throughout the app. We’ve been told to delete to app and re download it and still having constant issue. Additionally, issues get brought up more quickly, accountability is near perfect, all around a great thing for the fire service. A couple minor issues attributed to user error, sorted out by Alex M. via phone, and it's smooth sailing. I'd like to see a bit more ability to customize, specifically simplifying the compartment checks to where ANY equipment (consumables, medical gear, serialized assets of value) can be added to any one compartment (instead of just consumables, low value tools and medical gear). Having a "compartment" within a compartment aside from the serialized tools can create a bit of confusion when training someone to use the app. The app is useful for checks, but I'd love to be able to conduct more administrative functions on my mobile, instead of having to visit the office and log on via PC or navigate the non-mobile website on my phone screen. For those of us with multiple departments to manage, it'd be nice to be able to switch between them in the app without having to sign totally out and back in. Long story short, absolutely stellar program. I understand that the learning curve for developers is steep in the current age of needing instant gratification. A simple email exchange with their support team took care of everything in less than 5 minutes. The new push notifications keep everyone aware of any failed items on our checklist.
