I have read other reviews and they are experiencing the same problems I have. Have to keep logging in, can’t log in, oops something went wrong, can’t rewind, can’t fast forward, doesn’t hold place where you left off, etc, etc. I don’t understand why Hallmark wouldn’t want people to watch their shows. Fix the app. How hard can that be? ### 1/5 — Not the same *2026-02-04, version 4.152.0* The upgrade cuts the movie off before it ends and goes directly into the next one on the app. It used to stop at the end of the show and you could choose what you wanted to watch next. ### 1/5 — 4.152.0 Update fail *2026-02-01, version 4.152.0* Starting January 26,2026 the app started to automatically play another movie. It gives you a 5 second warning with no clear directions on how to stop it. It also cuts off the end of the movie that is presently being watched. There is no way to go back to the movie you were watching and pick up where it cut off. The app starts the movie from the very beginning again. Please turn off this new feature. It is not helpful and makes for an unpleasant user experience. I’ve used this app for many years and enjoy being able to access Hallmark movies on the go with my TV subscription. I would give the app a 4.5 star rating but this update deserves negative stars. ### 1/5 — App needs work *2026-01-21, version 4.103.0* Whenever I watch a movie, it cuts off the last minute or so of the movie. So frustrating because you miss so much in that last minute. It worked much better last year when you were on the Peacock app. And the close captioning doesn’t work. I’ve tried downloading a couple times and after selecting the provider, the download comes to a screaming halt. You get just a blank page. The guys’ toupees look ridiculous ..,like a mop on their heads, and the same with the women. I’m surprised the actors aren’t saying something about it themselves. ### 1/5 — Glitch? *2025-11-28, version 4.103.0* The app hasn’t been working right for weeks. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled, iOS is up to date. Restarted iPad. Nothing works. When I click on Hallmark channel live it says “Oops! Something went wrong. Pleas try again” in an infinite loop! I’d love to watch your Christmas movies but it just isn’t possible right now. Please fix it. Thanks in advance.
