There are so many others that don’t interrupt me in the middle of a picture, why would I keep this one? Two stars because the pictures look cute, you lost the rest due to the interruption, greed and annoyance this causes rather than being a way to unwind. This time the app name changed on my phone from Christmas Color to Classic Color. The picture I just tried to do was a birthday picture, but if the same app I paid for adds new pictures, I should be able to access them and use them without ads. I could have saved a lot of money by just subscribing for a month for December. It feels like a bait and switch, although it could just be a software glitch. Regardless, for the yearly price this shouldn’t be happening again for a second time. I either subscribed at the end of November or the first of December and this is the second time it has made me do ads even though I paid for no ads. As soon as they received their money, ALL reappeared. There are so many ads, that you really cannot use the app. I do see that other people have made the same complaint on here. I had no problem paying that amount, the coloring book is beautiful, but if you can’t color on it, what’s the use of having it. Especially when it cost $75! I have reached out to the company four times now, I have done everything they suggested, to no avail. You can’t contact them directly, they’re terrible with their reply time, and they act as though they have no way to fix it on their end, which is very strange to me. It would seem as though they could take your information and go in and mark you as being a paid member like any other app would be able to. For whatever reason they don’t seem to have the ability to do that. So yes, if the company is checking reviews, I have contacted you four different times and I still have an app that is not working, and no way to return it. So I am out of $75, and I believe that they knew Apple would not refund this to me. You offer a whole three day trial then you will charge me on day 4 which is not even close adequate time to decide if I want to give you as money much as you’re asking. Or.. I can sit and get annoyed with ads from the jump and pop ups before I even color 1/4 of one picture. How about you let me see the merits of your app and so I can decide if it’s worth the fees instead of trying to force annoy me into buying a subscription? There are much better apps out there at this price point. You can go around the colors that are unlocked by ads and save them for the end even if you don’t want to watch ads. A lot of reviews are saying you need to pay to color, but they are just asking you if you want premium to remove ads, and unlock premium images. There is an exit button in the corner, that I guess those people didn’t see. If you want an around the year coloring game just like this, Zen Color is really good.
